The hadith in which the best people are those of the first three centuries is well known and makes those people very blessed. Yet, alhamduli Allah those of use who came later aren’t left out! We have a chance to catch up through love…
The Prophet ﷺ said:
“The strongest of my Ummah in love for me are a people who will come after me; one of them will wish to give up his family and wealth to see me.”
(May Allah make us of them)
And as we know, “The person is with whom he loves,” as the Beloved ﷺ said.
So, although the centuries, times, and places separate us, we can be united with him through love.
May Allah send His prayers and blessings upon him (ﷺ), every time a lover yearns for him and his heart beats in his love.
